- You have the right to cancel this contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you sign it.
- Credit repair organizations cannot require you to pay any money before they complete the services they have promised.

ScoreWise™ provides the following services at NO COST:
- Credit Report Analysis: Free review of your credit reports from all three bureaus
- Error Identification: Complimentary identification of potential errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
- Basic Dispute Assistance: Free guidance on disputing errors directly with credit bureaus
- Educational Resources: Access to credit education materials and guides
- Account Creation and Management: No charge for creating and maintaining your ScoreWise account
1.2 Premium Services (Optional)
The following services are available for a fee ONLY AFTER services are performed:
- Advanced Dispute Management: Professional handling of complex disputes
- Direct Creditor Negotiations: Direct communication with original creditors
- Expedited Processing: Priority handling of your case
- Personalized Credit Coaching: One-on-one credit improvement strategies
- Legal Document Preparation: Advanced legal letters and documentation
💰 2. Fee Structure and Payment Terms
IMPORTANT: In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act:
- NO ADVANCE FEES: We will NEVER charge you before completing promised services
- You will receive a detailed invoice AFTER services are performed
- Free services remain free forever - no hidden charges
- Premium services are completely optional
- All fees will be clearly disclosed before you agree to any premium services
3. What We Can and Cannot Do
⚠️ Legal Limitations
By law, we CANNOT and WILL NOT:
- Remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report
- Create a "new credit identity" for you
- Guarantee specific results or credit score improvements
- Advise you to make false statements to credit bureaus
- Charge you any fees before services are completed
4. Your Authorizations
By creating a ScoreWise account, you authorize us to:
- Store your credit report information securely
- Access your linked credit monitoring accounts for updates (with your permission)
- Prepare dispute letters on your behalf
- Communicate with credit bureaus and creditors as your authorized representative
🚫 5. RIGHT TO CANCEL - 3 BUSINESS DAYS
You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 3 business days from the date you sign it.

You also have the right to cancel at ANY TIME, even after 3 business days, with no penalty.

- Time Frame: Credit repair is not instant. The process typically takes 3-6 months or longer.
- Your Participation: Success requires your active participation and accurate information.
- Legal Compliance: All services are provided in strict compliance with federal and state laws.
